The Van Der Meer Academy housing facility is located across the street from the Academy Tennis Center, in the heart of the South End of HHI near shopping and restaurants. Players have the convenience of just a minute walk to be on court training. The housing facility is a string of villas which have been updated in the past year. Each villa contains a small common area with oven, microwave and refrigerator, washer and dryer, and three bedrooms with a bathroom in each bedroom.  Another bonus is a 2 minute walk to the beach, plus a swimming pool to cool off in after a hot day on the tennis courts.

Due to COVID concerns, we have suspended our supervised boarding program for the summer and academic year 2021-22. Families renting a unit have the convenience of Island living at an affordable rate while their kids participate in the Academy or Summer Camp programs.
